This isn’t your typical fundraiser.
From putting on police gear to soaring four-stories high in a ladder truck, the Frontline Experience is an experience like no other. Below are some details to help you make the most of it.
Attire: Casual. We want you to have fun and to be comfortable. As the event is very experiential and interactive by design, please make sure you wear closed-toe shoes.
Safety: Safety is our top priority. In order for you to participate in this unique, engaging experience, you will be asked to sign a liability release upon registration. Contact Dane Nutty at email@example.com with any questions.
Silent Auction: The Frontline Experience will utilize an online silent auction platform. You will be asked to register in advance to make registration a breeze. The link will be sent out one week prior to the event.
Registration: If provided by your organization in advance, we will have your name and email loaded into our registration system. Please allow yourself a few moments to ensure an efficient registration process, which links directly to the silent auction system. Registration times vary by level of sponsorship and that information will be provided to your table hosts for distribution.
Location & Parking: The Frontline Experience, presented by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will be held in the IMS Pavilion. A parking map will be provided in advance of the event.
